“C&P found time to look at our CRV at short notice which had a nasty rattle. They found the issue, and priced a replacement part. That was v expensive so Callum sorted a workaround so we could do without it. Despite the huge effort and time he and his colleagues put in, they only charged me for the labour for doing the fix, not the sourcing and problem solving involved.
